1. The service

Jarr is a savings goal tracking service delivered via WhatsApp. By messaging our WhatsApp bot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Jarr. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

Your account is tied to your WhatsApp number. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your number. Do not share access to your WhatsApp account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages to other users via our invite features
  • Misrepresent your identity

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid features require an active subscription billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use is harmful. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@thejarr.co.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Jarr is a tracking tool only — it does not provide financial advice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via WhatsApp. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
